High-Intensity: Exercise For Lower Belly Fat In 2 Weeks

You want to do exercise for lower belly fat and have 6-pack abs. Do our following crunch challenge to train your abs!

This challenge is great for beginners, the plan is short and very effective – just a few minutes a day for two weeks. At the end of these exercises, your abdominal muscles will become firmer. Instead of doing basic exercises, this challenge combines five crunches that target different positions of your abs.

Here is a fourteen-day plan with instructions for five different variations. So stick to your plan and adjust as needed according to your schedule and your ability.

- Do crunches every day and each exercise in 3 minutes, then relax abs in 1 minute. Repeat other crunches exercise to end times.

- On the first day, workouts for 30 minutes. And after every 2 days, add 10 minutes to workout.

1. V-Crunch - Basic exercise for lower belly fat

- Step1: You sit on the floor, lean back, and lift your legs up off the floor.

- Step 2: Try to keep your feet together and squeeze your abs for balance.

- Step 3:  After you found a balance position, lift your upper body and bring your knees toward your chest.

- Step 4: You stretch and repeat.

Note: Exhale as you lift your upper body and inhale as you stretch.

2. Runner's Crunch

- Step 1: You lie on your back on the floor and put your hands behind your neck

- Step 2: Squeeze the center of gravity, close to the sitting position, and bring the right knee to touch the left elbow. The posture is similar to when running.

- Step 3: Keeping your body steady, straighten your legs, and slowly lower your back along each vertebra until your shoulders touch the mat.

- Step 4: Do the same with the other leg to finish once.

3. Reverse Crunch

Reverse crunches are one of the most effective exercises to lose belly fat for men and women. You should pay attention to keep your back straight when practicing otherwise you will have pain, even a back injury. - Step 1: The lying position is similar to a regular crunch, but keep the leg so that the shin is perpendicular to the thigh bone, and the knee is bent at a 90-degree angle. - Step 2: Then, raise the knee and bring it slowly closer to the chest. - Step 3: Hold for 2 seconds and bring your legs back to the original position. Perform 20 times / 1 exercise. You should practice at least 2-3 times a day with this extremely effective exercise for lower belly fat.

4. Diamond Sit-Up

- Step 1: You lie on your back on the floor and open your legs into a diamond-shaped, the soles of your feet pressed together and knees wide.

- Step 2: Curl your torso up engaging your abs, and tap the floor in front of your feet to stretch your glutes.

- Step 3: Release the contraction in your abs to return to the start position, and touch your hands on the floor above your head.

5. Bicycle Crunch

- Step 1: Lie on your back on the floor and pressing lower back to the floor.

- Step 2: Bring your hands behind your head, bring your knees to your chest, and lift your upper back until your shoulder blades come off the mat. Be careful not to pull the neck muscles up.

- Step 3: Extend your right leg at a 45-degree angle to the ground while bringing your upper body to the left, bringing your right elbow toward your left knee. Make sure your rib cage is moving and not just at the elbows.

- Step 4: Switch sides, perform the same movements to finish 1 time.
